Do you ever watch Bill Nye the Science Guy on TV? Have you ever seen the show where a bunch of people line up, hold hands, and the person at the beginning of the line touches an electric fence? The guy who touches the fence gets shocked really hard. The person holding his hand gets shocked pretty hard. The next person in line gets shocked kind of hard, etc, etc. Until the last person in line barely gets shocked at all. That's why being the last person a man calls when he wants to have sex isn't very appealing. There isn't enough charge, to make a significant connection.

If somebody calls you at the last minute, and wants to get together immediately, there were other people higher on the priority list, who were unavailable.
